Hotel Casa San Agustin

Hotel Casa San Agustin had been on my to go list of hotels for several years now so, booking a stay was a requirement during my time in Cartagena. Housed inside of Cartagena’s famous Walled City, the hotel is reflected of the many buildings that you come across when strolling inside these walls. But once inside, you enter into an oasis of sorts with aged walls that have stories to tell. Plush furnishings and old world art. And a pool that begs that have its photo taken!

The hotel host will guide you through the property before taking you to your room and let me tell you, sometimes selecting a room in hopes that you’re getting the best is the way to go! My jaw literally dropped when the doors opened to my room. A beautiful two bedroom suite with a comfortable living room as well. There truly was no need to explore Cartagena anymore and fully enjoy the comforts of the space. If you do plan a stay at Hotel San Agustin, do make sure to book a treatment at Aurum Spa as well as enjoy a meal at Alma.
